It is the role of the Internal Audit Unit to provide assurance that the College's Risk Management, Governance and Internal Control Processes are operating effectively.
The governance section gives strategic direction and accountability at the College. It has the function of overseeing the financial performance of the college and making sure its funds are well spent.

The Curriculum Section is responsible for teaching and learning as well as formative assessments.
The Examinations section deals with the Management of National Examinations and applications for certificates and Diplomas.
SSS offers academic support to students and oversees the wellbeing of student lives within the college.
Career focused programmes designed to give learners hands-on training in a specific field. They are more practical compared to the traditional programmes.

This section is responsible for Integrated Human Resources Management, ranging from Recruitment and selection, facilitate training of employees and labour relations processes.
This include maintenance of the infrastructure in order to provide a nontoxic working environment at all times as well as Records Management Services and OHS.
This unit ensures timely response on all aspects of IT hence enhancing stability within the institution. IT has the responsibility of ensuring that connectivity and all communication systems are intact within the institution at all times.

SCM enables the college to source and support service providers, contractors and suppliers that will provide the college with correct goods and services at the correct time with the intent to support teaching and learning.
Asset management plays the oversight role of ensuring that assets of the college both movable and immovable are accounted for, adequately safe guarded and insured.
The Finance department is responsible for managing the Finances of the College, including budgeting and forecasting, reporting and compliance.

This sections oversees the applications and registration process to ensure that we achieve our target enrolment as portrayed in the strategic plan.
TVETMIS is a unit record based information system that stores and maintains unit records of college data related to colleges and their campuses, programs, subjects, staff and students.
The PMU's responsibility is to ensure that college projects are executed within the allocated budget, in accordance with technical specifications and within acceptable time frames.
Marketing and communications deals with the corporate identity and image of the college. It also deals with communications, marketing and branding of the college.
